It all depends on how many telephones we install and if we have access to all of the offices, but we can assure you that we will only turn off your old equipment once the new equipment is installed to minimize downtime.

You keep your numbers; we will apply to have them transferred to us. This is known as porting. It usually takes 21 working days from the day the document is submitted.

We will need the following:

  • ID copy of the Director
  • Letter on Letter Head
  • Last Supplier invoice

We have a remote centre that is open Monday through Thursday from 07:30 to 16:30 and Friday from 07:30 to 16:00.
